Refills are packaged in a cotton drawstring bag. It is the reason why they cost less than the jar price. It is our sustainable option. The purpose is to refill your glass jar once you have used up all your previous Soapea. We recommend first purchasing Soapea with the glass jar so that you may reuse it and then only have to purchase the refill option in the future.
