We pack orders Monday-Friday. Excluding weekends. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Once your order has shipped, it should arrive within 2-8 business days. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

 

Any form of an invalid address (including missing apt./suite number, incorrect house/street/zip code, etc.) may result in a cancelled order and the item(s) will be put back in stock. Be sure to input the correct information upon checkout. Packages returned to Soapea Collection marked "Returned", "Unclaimed", or "Invalid Address" will be credited back to the customer (minus all shipping charges).

 

Any concerns regarding orders require an immediate email - our information can be located on our contact page. Once a package leaves our facility we have no control over its movement and are not liable for missing or damaged items. Holidays and weekends may affect processing and shipping time.

Orders over $35 (pre-tax) will qualify for free shipping within the United States. We currently do not ship internationally.

Soapea Collection makes an effort to maintain eco-friendly shipping materials. We refrain from using plastic packaging for our products. Each order is placed into a recyclable box with paper filler to ensure premium protection with minimal impact on our Earth.
